How to do Identity Verification?
Open Coinomo App. Go to the “Account” tab at the lower right corner. Click “Identity Verification”. Start by verifying your email and then continue to phone verification, ID verification, selfie verification and finally your bank account verification.

2. Why KYC
Why should we do Identity Verification?
To make sure that you and only you, the account owner can have access to your assets in Coinomo. And when one day you aren’t able to login due to a password issue or losing email access, you can provide an ID for further verification.

3. Deposit Rupiah
How to Deposit Rupiah?
Open Coinomo App. Click the “Bank Transfer” tab, choose IDRT. Click “Next”. Put in the amount desired (Min. IDR 1 Juta). And then transfer the amount to Coinomo’s Mandiri Virtual Bank Account number before the due time and date.

4. Deposit USDC
How to Deposit USDC via Credit Card?
Open Coinomo App. Click the “Credit Card” tab, choose USDC. Click “Next”. Add credit card details. Click Create. Put in the amount desired (100 ~ 450 USDC). Click “Next”. Confirm the amount and other details. Click “Send”.

5. Deposit Crypto via Wallet
How to deposit Crypto from your own Wallet or other Exchange?
Open the Coinomo app. Click the “Wallet” tab. Pick and click the coin you want to deposit to. Pick and Click “Deposit”. Choose the corresponding network. Copy Deposit Address or scan the available QR Code from your own wallet or other exchange’s wallet app directly.
6. Deposit Time
How long is the time needed to process a deposit?
Time needed to process a deposit, both Bank Transfer and Crypto wallet to wallet is usually less than five minutes. If you make a USDC deposit via Credit Card, a confirmation email will be sent to you instantly and you will see the USDC in your wallet within 72 hours.
7. Withdraw IDRT or Crypto
How to withdraw IDRT or Crypto?
Open Coinomo App. Click “Wallet”. Choose IDRT or any crypto available. Click “Withdraw”. Click “Next”. Put in the amount desired. Click “Next”. Enter Ethereum wallet address. Make sure to enter the correct network and address. Click “Withdraw”. Withdrawal to Bank Account is not available, yet. However, you can withdraw IDRT to your crypto wallet in Binance, Coinbase, Indodax, Toko Crypto etc. And withdraw to a bank account there.
8. Withdrawal Limit
How much is the withdrawal limit for Crypto and IDRT per day?
There is currently no limit as to how much you can withdraw a crypto or IDRT from Coinomo app to your Bank Account or your own private wallet per day. Please make sure you have done all the Identity Verification steps, from email, phone number, ID and bank account beforehand. Withdrawal amounts exceeding 300 USD or equivalent, may take up to 24 hours for processing.
9. Minimum Withdrawal
How much is the minimum withdrawal amount for Crypto and IDRT?
Minimum withdrawal amount for crypto is ~$10. Meanwhile, the minimum withdrawal amount for IDRT is ~IDR 668,244.
10. Withdrawal Time
How long is the time needed to process a withdrawal?
The amount of time needed to process a crypto withdrawal from Coinomo app to your own private wallet or designated exchange is instant for withdrawal below 300 USD or equivalent. Amount above 300 USD might take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawal to Bank Account is not available, yet.
